On Dec. 03, 2020
3pm – 7pm
as a virtual conference via Zoom
organised as a cooperation between Alanus University, the Institute for Education and Social Innovation (Ibugi), the Academy of International Education (AIB) and the International Institute Training Quality Certification (IfTQ-Cert)
In the course of the symposium on Success Factors in New Work, we want to create a space to explore and discuss fundamental questions of the new work reality, from social philosophy and the freedom of the individual all the way to organisational resilience and digitalisation.
But what does „New Work“ actually mean? Is it a megatrend? Just a buzzword? Or a description of the reality we already live in?
For years our working environment has been subject to fundamental and profound changes which are also reflected culturally, economically and individually in our society. Digitalisation, globalisation and automation – increasingly, entrepreneurs, employers and employees have to deal with these new circumstances and the impact on their personal and professional lives. We invite anyone who is interested to explore the challenges, but also the opportunities of the new working reality with us in our talks, presentations and discussions.
Pre-conference talks and material available for download on Nov. 30, 2020.
